Cancellation / Modification of the order

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours depending on traffic. Please be sure of your choice before placing your order, as any cancellation or modification of the order may be rejected after 48 hours. It is not possible to modify or cancel the order once it has already been shipped.

However, you can write to us by email at contact@essentiel-beaute.com within the first 12 hours following your order to inform us of your change needs.

Re-shipment of a package for incorrect address

In the event that the customer has provided an incomplete or incorrect departure address, he will unfortunately have to pay additional handling costs to re-route the package.

Package return

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and health reasons, no returns will be accepted.

Delivery delay

Delivery times are 2 to 3 business days for domestic deliveries throughout Canada, 7 to 10 business days to the United States, and 8 to 14 business days to the rest of the world. Once the package is shipped, we no longer have control over it.

For international deliveries, your package may be delayed for several reasons, including excessive inspection time, additional taxes on the product, etc. This varies greatly due to different customs policies from one country to another. Please be patient while waiting for a package delivered internationally, and if the package is not received after 14 business days, please notify us at contact@essentiel-beaute.com.

United States of America (USA): As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. government has imposed additional customs tariffs of 30% of the product's value on several countries, including Canada. For this reason, shipping costs to the USA are increased to meet US government requirements
